The LMU Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center (IEC) is a platform that hosts and drives the interdisciplinary and international dialogue on innovation and entrepreneurship. We are at home at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. We aim to inspire excellent minds to create positive impact. Our teaching program offers necessary skills and attitude to successfully engage in innovation and entrepreneurship. We support startups to bring their ideas to life and to create positive impact. In our LMU Innovation Incubator, we are unleashing the transformational power of science. Our IEC Impact Readiness Program enables startups to create holistic value and is an essential part of the LMU Innovation Incubator and the Munich Global Impact Sprint. We support and enable research on innovation adopting a holistic view that includes the creation of innovations, the transfer as well as the final capture of their value and impact. Through our LMU IEC community, we offer access to a top-class network of scientists, entrepreneurs, innovators and students for those who collaborate with us. Let's innovate, empower and connect to positively impact the world! The Munich Global Impact Sprint supports tech-based entrepreneurship tackling the SDGs and builds a key hub for innovation and entrepreneurship in the regional Munich ecosystem. The LMU IEC Impact Readiness Program and the Munich Global Impact Sprint are funded and supported by the EXIST-Potentials program of Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi).
