Electranova Capital is a venture capital fund independently managed by Idinvest Partners and sponsored by EDF, PSA, BPI, Allianz. We work with entrepreneurs to build global businesses in technology. Electranova invests in early and growth stage companies in data-driven services for the Smart City, New Energy, New Mobility. Electranova is independently managed by Idinvest, a €7Bn European mid-market private equity manager with a strong track record in technology investment. Fund II is launched with a final closing end 2017. To date, Electranova has invested in the following companies: SeaTower (Norway), which provides gravity-based foundations for deep water offshore wind projects, Actility (France), an Internet of Things (IoT) network enabler, Forsee Power Solutions (France/China), a battery integrator for mobile and stationary energy storage, Enlighted (USA), which offers IoT networks for buildings enabling advanced lighting and heating control, Sun Fire (Germany), which provides high temperature fuel cells (SOFC) and high temperature electrolysers (SOEC) for power-to-gas and power-to-liquids installations, Leosphère (France), a world leader in LIDAR (Light Detection And Ranging) for atmospheric observation, Techniwood (France), offering high performance wood/insulation composite for sustainable construction and renovation, FirstFuel (USA), a building energy management and analytics platform, Organica Water (Hungary), which provides compact, odor-free, energy-efficient waste water treatment units for cities, Sunrun (USA), which offers residential solar power installation, financing and leasing, Off-grid Electric (USA), accelerating the electrification of Africa as a provider of solar kits and storage paid as a service via mobile, Neurala (US), a deep learning neural network platform providing artificial intelligence for drones, cars, camera, smart devices, and TrustInSoft (France), which offers source code analysis that mathematically guarantees source code is immune to all known family of vulnerabilities and attacks.
