WSL is the leading technological incubator in Europe. WSL supports technological entrepreneurs and accompanies them at each stage of their project (business creation, startup and growth). With a 92% success rate, WSL is the premier technological incubator in Europe and ranks in the global top 10. WSL offers comprehensive and sustainable support (management, finances, logistics, communication) and currently supports 73 startups and spin-offs in the ICT and AI, medtech, greentech, Industry 4.0, and electronics sectors. In total, these companies generate a turnover of €35 million and employ nearly 500 people. Partnerships last between 3 and 7 years. WSL plays a driving role in technological innovation. The Walloon incubator has been recognized by NATO as one of nine approved global accelerators under the DIANA (Defense Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic) program. Created in 2000 by the Walloon Government and based in Liège, WSL has branches in the main universities in Wallonia and Brussels.
