Cléry is an investment structure created at the end of 2022 by David Guinard and Robin Ucelli. David and Robin have been long-time associates and founded Photosol in 2008, which became a reference producer of photovoltaic energy in Europe and the USA. They sold the majority of Photosol's capital in 2022. Their complementarity having been one of the key factors in Photosol's success, David and Robin wished to continue their association on new investments and entrepreneurial projects within Cléry. A team of management and investment professionals joined them at Cléry to start this adventure! Cléry invests in impact projects that make sense for the planet and society.
