Spreentech Ventures

Spreentech Ventures Srl is the new green startup accelerator developed through an important project of the Building 4.0 Hub, the Trentino Association that represents the center for innovation and development in the construction sector. Spreentech Ventures researches and supports innovative startups that offer products and/or services in four thematic areas of interest: Building 4.0 Green Building, Tech & Mobility, Smart City & Smart Building, and Circular Economy & ESG Impact. The goal of Spreentech (a name that comes from the combination of the terms Sprint, Green, and Technology) is to build a center of excellence and cutting-edge development where skills are developed, services are offered, and innovation is created to support and work with companies, designers, managers, and industries in the construction sector. The new Spreentech accelerator will enable local actors to innovate and face market challenges, to foster and support innovative startups. The initiative is positioned within the Smart Specialization proposed by the Autonomous Province of Trento, demonstrating a strong willingness to collaborate and integrate with the local context. Among Spreentech Ventures' activities, there will not only be startup development, but also the organization of thematic events and workshops, the provision of public utility services, and the establishment of a network composed of investors, managers, industry experts, and key figures for innovation. The Board of Directors consists of 5 Directors appointed by the Assembly, including President Andrea Basso, the current president of ANCE Trento and Building 4.0 Hub. Spreentech Ventures is headquartered at the former Manifattura Tabacchi in Rovereto.
