We are a public business group that works for the efficient development of business activity, job creation, and maximum respect for the environment. To achieve this, we develop two different but complementary activities: On one hand, the business activity that seeks to provide financial support to Spanish SMEs with innovative and job-generating projects, through various financing vehicles (management of Administration Funds, management of Venture Capital Funds, and direct financing from SEPIDES). On the other hand, the real estate activity that primarily revitalizes unused land where there is a need to meet a demand for quality and sustainable industrial land. We carry out our work through synergies between official bodies and private capital. To fulfill our objective and help companies, we create trusting, lasting relationships tailored to the needs of each client.
