Family office created in 1997 by Bruno Rousset, founder of APRIL, EVOLEM has set itself the mission of growing sustainable initiatives in favor of entrepreneurship, employment, education and the environment. As a catalyst for initiatives, EVOLEM currently has 23 employees and relies on its triple entrepreneurial, family and civic roots to carry a responsible vision of its business. As a committed shareholder and partner for the long term, EVOLEM supports SMEs to turn them into mid-sized companies, assists start-ups to establish their model, and more broadly supports philanthropic projects. Since its creation, EVOLEM has supported nearly 100 companies and invested more than €250 million. EVOLEM initiated the creation of the Entrepreneurs de la Cité Foundation in 2006 and is one of the founders of l'Entreprise des Possibles. The EVOLEM Citoyen endowment fund, created in 2014, works in the fields of employment, training and economic development, with youth employment as a priority.
